Circlets do not upgrade to an Exceptional or Elite version. While there are 4 Circlets (Circlet, Coronet, Tiara, and Diadem), you can only get Tiaras and Diadems by gambling Coronets. For some reason, Giant Conch has the lowest iLvl of any Elite helm. For some reason, Boneweave has the lowest iLvl of any Elite body armor. Rings and Amulets are available at level 1 and do not have Exceptional or Elite versions. If you chug 5 at once, you will gain +50 Poison Resistance and +10 to Max Poison Resist for 150 seconds. The Harlequin Crest, also referred to by the community as The Shako is one of the most sought after items in Diablo 2: Resurrected. This will give you more poison resistances for 30 seconds per potion. For example, if you wanted an Elite Crossbow Cho-Ko-Nu (ilevel 54), you would need to be at least level 50 to have a chance. The best practice is, before you go for the run, stock up on about 3-5 Antidote potions, and chug 1-2 when you get to The Catacombs level 4. To get a chance at an Exceptional or Elite item, you must be no more than 4 levels lower than the target item. However, they may not be able to get Exceptional or Elite versions until much later due to iLvl restrictions. By character level 55, players will be offered any of these base items in their 14-item Gambling window.
